                                                    <p><strong>Nose:</strong> It is an inspiration to the ethereal world, to the fresh air; a combination of jasmine flower with citrus notes of acid grapefruit, surrounded by a variety of red fruit. A more balsamic side appears in the background, eucalyptus and aromatic notes that evoke height and sublime freshness.</p>
                                                    <p><strong>Palate:</strong> Balance and elegance are in its DNA; constants throughout its passage in the mouth. The soft tactile sensations of its structure intertwine with the fresh fruit, the result of cultivation at high altitude.</p>

                                    <p><strong>Colour:</strong> Excellent depth of color, it manifests shades of picota cherry with slight dark nuances of evolution on the rim. Shows Crystal clear and shiny liveliness in the glass</p>
                                                    <p><strong>Nose:</strong> Highly aromatic, it elegantly combines ripe fruit notes with the nuances of oak, accentuating cocoa and dark chocolate tones. In the background, there are also more complex notes of orange peel and certain aromatic plants.</p>

                                                    <p><strong>Varieties::</strong> Tinta del País and Cabernet Sauvignon.</p>
                                                    <p><strong>Vineyard:</strong> Old low-yield vineyards of Tinta del País, located in Moradillo de Roa (Burgos), in the heart of the Páramo de Corcos at more than 900 meters above sea level. Tinta del Pais comes also from the Soria vineyards around San Esteban de Gormaz, where they are grown at an altitude of almost 1,000 meters on ferrous clay soils. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a younger vineyard, planted in the late 90’s in the Fuentemolinos area, also in Burgos.</p>
                                                    <p><strong>Harvest:</strong> Manual harvest of selected grapes between October 7 and 17.</p>
                   
                                    <p><strong>Winemaking:</strong> Fermentation and maceration during 4 weeks in 15,000 kg vats at 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.</p>

Continental climate and large temperature difference between day and night favour to produce great balance wines.</p>
